What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Obi & Jerry Carpentry will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Obi and Jerry’s carpentry will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or replace the whole item for you or refund you the amount on return of the item, whichever is deemed appropriate by Obi & Jerry Carpentry.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
- This Limited Warranty does cover any problem that is caused by: Malfunctions or damage resulting from defects in material or workmanship
- This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, normal wear and tear, damage due to neglect or wrong use of product for unintended use, water damage, chewing, modification, abuse etc. Obi & Jerry Carpentry reserves the right to determine if an item is covered under warranty or not.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Obi & Jerry Carpentry is 365 days from the date of purchase.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem. Please include a description and photos,

In no case shall Humana Enterprises our partners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
